For over 25 years, Hedges has been representing creditors throughout Kentucky; in 2007, his practice expanded into Tennessee. Clients include a major credit bureau, banks, credit unions, with a major emphasis in medical accounts receivable.

A strong office staff has enabled Hedges to cover the entire state of Tennessee, and all but the eastern parts of Kentucky.

Hedges’ book of creditor clients began in 1987, and continue with representation of the same satisfied clients, year after year. As a former longtime City Attorney, Hedges still maintains daily exposure to local government as general counsel to Logan-Todd Regional Water Commission, while concentrating on creditor representation.
